I thought my greatest fear was failure…
… it’s not. My greatest fear in life is mediocrity.
All my life, I’ve been awake to this deep truth: I am meant for greatness and my gifts will leave this planet better than I found it. That resounding Truth quickly got lost in the culture scape I was born into. I believe we all carry this Truth within us. YOU are here for a reason and the world is eagerly waiting for you to step into your unique expression of your Soul’s Purpose. Somewhere along the way we were dealt a hand that would inform our future. The hand I was dealt was in the form of never feeling like I belonged, facing toxic friendships and an abusive relationship, navigating life as a woman of color and years of the conditioned belief that I wasn’t enough. Now, regardless of the hand you are dealt we are never victim to these circumstances. We are sovereign beings with the ability to CHOOSE our reality. But, we cannot do it alone.
Gabor Mate said “… every human has 2 basic needs. The need to authentically self-express and the need to belong. But, when self-expression threatens belonging, Belonging will likely win”. So we live our lives internalizing our various iterations of oppression in society. We desperately choose belonging at the cost of the fullest expression of ourselves.
After 2 decades of being lost, stuck and in pain. I chose a new life in 2016. I decided with deep conviction that I would create a life of meaning and authenticity all the while paving a new culturescape where we’re BOTH fully expressed and rest in love & belonging.
Project 3H was created to pioneer a new way of being. Through this work we will create a world where you will live your soul’s purpose, create a reality birthed out of abundance and walk alongside others in wholeness, reverence and unity.

We use subconscious reprogramming methods, reflective exercises rooted in psychology and offer education that use principles of epigenetics.
Heart symbolizes your soul’s purpose and honoring the intelligence of your physical body. By cultivating vitality and strengthening the complexities of your intuition can access your gifts and higher states consciousness. This leads you to your sustained energy, aligned opportunities and deep fulfillment. We use meditation, sound healing, group coaching containers and systems of accountability to ensure you’re supported.
Hand symbolizes offering a hand of service. We know everyone is meant to create an impact whether that’s on 1 person a 100,000+. The blueprints and methods we offer in Project 3H ensure that you are healed and establish an abundant quality of life so you can give from your overflow. We have created execution plans so you feel clear, confident and certain on your unique path ahead.
