Why I created this program….
I built The Game Changers Program because I saw brilliant, heart-led business owners quietly suffering behind the scenes.
They made it through their first year full-time in biz… they landed proof of concept, the “success” everyone applauded—but their bodies were whispering slow down… and their systems were screaming keep up. I’ve lived that tension myself.
I’ve chased every strategy, filled my calendar to the brim, and thought exhaustion was a badge of honor. That I had to operate like hyper-masculine men did in business (Respect! But that’s just not me!). I kept overriding my body and I didn’t even know what it meant to not have anxiety in business. I thought that’s what we were supposed to feel and I just kept overriding and pushing through. Then, I discovered that sustainable growth isn’t about more strategy—it’s about safety, rest, and self-trust. I didn’t over-correct with a hyper-feminine approach I chose balance between both. ☯

While I absolutely weave in spiritual principles and practices, I do not identify as religious — and nothing inside this program requires you to follow a specific belief system.
My coaching is rooted in psychology, nervous system regulation, neuroplasticity, and subconscious reprogramming. We work with real, measurable shifts in identity, behavior, and decision-making.
That said — I have also studied deeply in spirituality, energetics, and philosophy. So if you want to explore those dimensions, we can absolutely go there.
